PANTERO GROUP is seeking a highly motivated Senior Staff Tax & Accounting to join our growing finance team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our corporate financial health and strict adherence to Indonesian tax regulations.
As a key member of our accounting department, you will manage end-to-end tax compliance, financial reporting, and fiscal documentation. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage monthly and annual tax reporting (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN) accurately and on time.
- Reconcile financial records and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK).
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for tax audits and financial reviews.
- Monitor and update corporate tax documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Analyze financial discrepancies and implement corrective measures to optimize accounting processes.
- Maintain effective communication with the tax office (KPP) regarding corporate fiscal matters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar Tax/Accounting role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Tax Laws (UU PPh & PPN) and regulations.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and E-Faktur.
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict regulatory deadlines.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic proficiency in English is a plus.
