Naga Trade International is looking for an experienced Senior Staff Tax & Accounting professional to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our financial operations are accurate, compliant, and efficient. We are seeking a candidate who possesses a strong command of Coretax and financial reporting standards to support our business growth.
As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health. You will handle complex tax filings and ensure that our financial records reflect the true state of the business. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports using Coretax software.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all corporate tax filings to the tax authorities.
- Oversee general accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and tax regulations.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial statements and management reports for executive review.
- Assist in the annual external audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Update and maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Tax & Accounting, with a preference for candidates from a consulting firm background.
- Strong proficiency in Coretax (PT. Coretindo) and other financial software.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh (Income Tax) and PPN (VAT).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
