Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end tax dispute resolution processes including audits, appeals, and litigation
- Develop proactive tax compliance strategies aligned with Indonesian tax regulations
- Represent the company in negotiations with tax authorities (Directorate General of Taxes)
- Analyze complex tax cases and provide actionable legal/financial recommendations
- Prepare and review tax-related legal documents, settlement agreements, and evidence
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and external legal teams on tax risk management
- Monitor legislative changes in tax law and implement compliance updates
- Mentor junior staff on tax dispute procedures and regulatory best practices
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Law, Taxation, or Accounting; S1 with exceptional experience considered
- Minimum 8 years of tax dispute resolution experience in Indonesia
- Strong track record in tax litigation, audits, and appeals with tax authorities
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian Tax Laws (KUP, KHK, PP) and tax court procedures
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B/C, Akuntan Publik, or Advocate) preferred
- Advanced analytical skills with financial modeling and tax impact assessment
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to manage complex cases with multiple stakeholders
