Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end digitalization initiatives for internal operations, identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing automated solutions.
- Analyze operational data and market trends to develop strategic frameworks that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, HR) to streamline workflows and improve inter-departmental communication.
- Create comprehensive dashboards and reporting tools to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage the full project lifecycle for strategic operational projects, from conception to execution and evaluation.
- Define and standardize operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's analytical capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Operations Management, or Business Analysis.
- Proven track record of leading process improvement projects and driving digital transformation within a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Experience in the Technology & Telecommunications sector is highly preferred.
