- Lead end-to-end strategy deployment projects ensuring alignment with organizational transformation goals
- Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks for strategic initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation approaches
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration across EMEA region to drive change adoption
- Monitor KPIs and project performance, implementing corrective actions as needed

- Present strategic insights and project outcomes to executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategy consulting or project management
- Proven track record managing complex transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2)
- Experience with governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
