Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Manage ERP systems for efficient procurement data tracking and reporting
- Handle import documentation (PIB/INSW) ensuring customs compliance and timely clearance
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead and mentor procurement team members to enhance performance capabilities
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with logistics and manufacturing departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Monitor KPIs and prepare procurement performance reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with measurable cost reduction achievements
- Experience leading cross-functional procurement projects and team development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
