Tanggung Jawab
- Own the end-to-end delivery of web-based software projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Individual Contributors (ICs) and team leads to drive professional growth and high performance.
- Drive technical strategy and architecture for web platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, code review processes, and best practices across the engineering department.
- Monitor team capacity and project health, proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and innovation-driven engineering culture.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in full-stack web development with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling engineering teams in an agile environment.
- Deep technical expertise in modern web stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, Go, or similar technologies).
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability and performance tuning.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
