Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Supervisor or Supervisor to lead their construction projects in Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee site operations, manage a diverse team, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of construction safety standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily site operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to project timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers on site.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations to minimize on-site risks.
- Liaise effectively with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients to provide progress updates and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor material usage and inventory levels to prevent wastage and ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards and building codes.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate records of site activities, labor attendance, and material logs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Valid Site Supervisor Certificate or Managerial Certificate is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse workforce.
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, machinery, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
