Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst with focus on core system development
- Proven expertise in requirement analysis, process modeling, and system design
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and agile development practices
- Experience with database management and API integration for online services
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with ability to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in fintech or financial services industry preferred
