Wide Technologies Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior System Engineer to join our dynamic IT infrastructure team in Jakarta Selatan. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust system architectures that support our growing digital operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable system architectures, including servers, storage, and networking hardware.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Develop and implement automation scripts and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
- Proactively monitor system health, performance metrics, and security logs to identify and resolve issues.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major system incidents and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with developers and security teams to maintain compliance with IT security standards and best practices.
- Document system configurations, disaster recovery procedures, and standard operating protocols.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering or infrastructure management.
- Strong expertise in Linux/Unix system administration and scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proficiency in managing cloud service providers and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of networking protocols, load balancing, and firewall configurations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered system environments.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
