Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of corporate core system architecture.
- Manage end-to-end technical solutioning for internal infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline system administration and deployment processes.
- Evaluate, test, and integrate new enterprise software and hardware solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Provide Level 3 technical support for complex system incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement robust system hardening and data protection policies.
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively optimize resources to handle organizational growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in system engineering, infrastructure, or a similar DevOps role.
- Strong proficiency in server operating systems (Linux/Windows Server) and virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V).
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Solid understanding of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for task automation.
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, load balancers, and enterprise storage solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a collaborative team environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., RHCE, AWS Solutions Architect, MCSE) is highly preferred.
