  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth targets
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance company reputation as an employer of choice
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding across all organizational levels
  • Design and implement innovative candidate engagement campaigns through multiple channels
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve hiring efficiency
  • Collaborate with department heads to define talent needs and create compelling job descriptions
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with passive candidates and industry networks
  • Oversee employer value proposition development and employer branding content creation

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field; Master's preferred
  • 5+ years progressive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment campaigns in competitive markets
  • Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment data and KPIs
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with stakeholder management experience
  • Creative thinking with experience developing employer branding campaigns
  • Knowledge of local talent landscape and recruitment best practices in Indonesia
