Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on market trends and talent availability.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to stay updated on industry trends and salary standards.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor laws.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in senior recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
  • Understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
  • Relevant certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus.
