You'll be responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior Software, Product, and Marketing roles
  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) database
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with HR team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of tech industry recruitment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
