We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in Metro Manila. In this part-time role, you will independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level positions across Software, Product, and Marketing functions.
You'll be responsible for sourcing top-tier candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior Software, Product, and Marketing roles
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) database
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with HR team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Knowledge of tech industry recruitment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
