Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
- Partner with department heads to define staffing needs and create job specifications
- Source and engage passive candidates through professional networks, referrals, and digital platforms
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skill assessments to evaluate cultural fit and competency
- Optimize candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback
- Manage recruitment funnel metrics and implement process improvements
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position Luxehouze as a top employer
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company hiring policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with 2+ years in senior roles
- Proven success in hiring for technical and non-technical positions across multiple industries
- Expertise in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Strong network of professional contacts in Jakarta's talent ecosystem
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and compensation benchmarks
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with excellent communication abilities
