Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Engineering and Back Office Support roles
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets
- Collaborate with HR team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully filling Engineering and administrative positions
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and recruitment best practices
