Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for onshore positions in AU, US, and UK markets
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit and technical competencies
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate recruitment data
- Provide regular recruitment progress updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations in target markets
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates and industry networks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of recruitment experience with focus on onshore hiring
- Proven track record in AU/US/UK talent acquisition processes
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS management
- Strong understanding of international hiring regulations and best practices
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with analytical mindset for recruitment metrics
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
