- Identify and engage passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Boolean search, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates for key corporate roles.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure they align with client requirements and company culture.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job specifications and refine sourcing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and salary benchmarks.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter with a focus on corporate roles.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Sourcelab, or standard ATS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
