Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit accurate corporate income tax (CIT), value-added tax (VAT/PPN), and withholding tax (PPh) returns in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax burden while ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
- Manage tax audits, resolve disputes with tax authorities, and serve as the primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries.
- Conduct regular tax reconciliations and prepare detailed reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor changes in Indonesian tax laws and provide actionable advice to internal departments on tax implications.
- Maintain comprehensive tax documentation and records to support all filed returns and audit inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in taxation, preferably within the manufacturing, mining, or heavy industry sectors.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Laws, Regulations (UU PPh, UU PPN, KUP), and tax reporting procedures.
- Professional certification such as Brevet A & B is required; Brevet C is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in tax software (e-Faktur, e-Bupot, e-SPT) and integrated ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
