We are seeking a Senior Tax & Accounting Consultant to join our team in Tangerang Selatan.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing high-level financial guidance to our clients, ensuring tax compliance, and optimizing accounting workflows. We are looking for an analytical mind who thrives on solving complex tax challenges and enjoys building long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and technical expertise.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions and tax compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize client tax liabilities within legal frameworks.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding tax audits, inquiries, and accounting consultations.
- Oversee the preparation of periodic tax returns (PPh, PPN) and ensure timely submission via e-Faktur/e-Bupot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate smart accounting systems and internal controls for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest Indonesian tax regulations and provide advisory services based on current legal landscapes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field; Brevet A & B certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a public accounting firm or as a tax consultant.
- In-depth knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian Tax Law (KUP, PPh, PPN).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or SAP) and tax digital tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to stakeholders.
- High level of integrity, professional skepticism, and attention to detail.
