Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure accurate financial operations
- Prepare and file timely tax returns compliant with Indonesian regulations
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Develop tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities while ensuring compliance
- Conduct internal audits and implement robust financial controls
- Manage vendor payments, payroll processing, and expense reimbursements
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during reviews
- Stay updated on evolving tax legislation and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax and accounting roles
- Professional certification (CPA, Brevet A/B) strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Proven experience supervising accounting teams (minimum 3 years)
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
