Tanggung Jawab
- Lead tax dispute resolution cases from initiation through negotiation and settlement
- Provide expert-level tax advice on complex compliance matters and regulatory changes
- Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis to support dispute resolution strategies
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for tax audits, appeals, and legal proceedings
- Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders
- Develop proactive tax risk mitigation strategies for corporate clients
- Mentor junior consultants and share best practices in tax advisory services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax consulting with dispute resolution focus
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and dispute procedures
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B/C or equivalent) required
- Exceptional analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
