Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance including monthly/quarterly/yearly tax filings (PPh, PPN, VAT)
- Conduct tax research to ensure adherence to Indonesian tax regulations and policy changes
- Develop and implement tax optimization strategies to minimize liabilities
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during inspections
- Prepare comprehensive tax reports and documentation for management review
- Monitor tax legislation changes and assess impact on company operations
- Provide tax guidance to internal departments on transactional matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in tax compliance role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPH, PPN, Cukai)
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B, CPA, or equivalent) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and tax software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English communication skills
