Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations including PPN, PPh, and local taxes
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns
- Conduct tax audits and coordinate with tax authorities during inspections
- Develop tax optimization strategies to minimize corporate liabilities
- Maintain comprehensive tax documentation and financial records
- Advise internal stakeholders on tax implications of business decisions
- Lead junior tax staff and provide technical guidance on complex tax matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance
- Minimum 3-5 years of tax compliance experience in Indonesia
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Professional certification (Brevet A/B) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in tax software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
