Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality milk tea and beverages according to strict recipes and brand standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring total satisfaction.
- Mentor and train junior staff members to maintain high service and operational standards.
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including checking stock and reporting shortages or damages.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the preparation area, service counters, and equipment at all times.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative drink specials and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Tea Server or Barista in a busy retail environment.
- Strong passion for tea brewing, beverage preparation, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- High attention to detail and a strict commitment to hygiene and food safety standards.
