Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium milk tea and specialty beverages according to brand standards
- Lead daily operations including inventory management, stock rotation, and quality control
- Train and mentor junior staff on beverage preparation techniques and customer service protocols
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and product knowledge
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in all preparation and service areas
- Develop innovative drink recipes and contribute to menu enhancement initiatives
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations accurately
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tea preparation or barista roles
- Deep knowledge of tea varieties, brewing techniques, and flavor profiles
- Proven leadership abilities in training and guiding junior staff
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during peak hours
- Basic understanding of inventory management and cost control principles
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
