Are you an experienced System Analyst with a passion for data architecture and digital transformation? Rapid Technology Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical System Analyst to join our elite engineering team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions, specifically focusing on data integration and ETL processes.
As a key driver of our digital transformation initiatives, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of technical systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable data pipelines, optimize system performance, and ensure seamless integration across our enterprise ecosystem. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can navigate technical challenges while maintaining a high standard of architectural integrity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Architect and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to support enterprise data integration and analytics initiatives.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical documentation and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and data engineers to ensure high-performance system delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain documentation for system architecture, API integrations, and database schemas.
- Identify performance bottlenecks in existing data workflows and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
- Lead system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment support to ensure seamless operation.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts and promote best practices in system analysis and data management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Technical System Analyst or Data Engineer.
- Deep expertise in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Apache NiFi) and SQL database management.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, API development, and microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Fluent in professional English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
