Indonic Tangerang Investment, a leading company in the industrial sector, is looking for an experienced Senior Technician to join our dynamic team in Karawang, Jawa Barat. As a Senior Technician, you will be entrusted with the operation and maintenance of critical utility equipment, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and safely. Your primary responsibility will be to operate utility equipment according to specified parameters and operating instructions, always adhering to the highest safety standards. We require candidates who have obtained their LTO certification and can demonstrate a proven track record in similar roles.
In this role, you will be expected to conduct regular inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and quickly address any technical issues that arise. You will work closely with other departments to optimize equipment performance and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all equipment is in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate utility equipment according to specified parameters and operating instructions.
- Ensure all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with company policies.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on utility systems.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize operational disruptions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize utility system efficiency.
- Conduct safety audits and ensure LTO certification is valid and up to date.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in utility equipment operation within an industrial setting.
- Valid LTO (License to Operate) certification for relevant equipment.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industrial best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
