As a Senior Technologist specializing in Fit at MGF Sourcing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all apparel items meet the highest quality standards for fit and construction across the Semarang region. This position requires a deep understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fit analysis to guarantee that our products meet both our brand's specifications and customer expectations. You will work closely with design, production, and quality control teams to develop and implement fit standards, conduct fit sessions, and provide technical guidance on fit-related issues. Your expertise will directly impact the final product quality, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation. With your attention to detail and technical knowledge, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our product development process, ensuring that our apparel items are not only aesthetically pleasing but also comfortable and well-fitting for our diverse customer base.

- Develop and implement fit standards for all apparel products in the Semarang region
- Conduct thorough fit sessions and provide detailed feedback on garment construction
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure patterns and samples meet fit requirements
- Analyze fit issues and provide technical solutions to production teams
- Train and mentor junior technologists on fit standards and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate fit consistency across production batches
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in garment fit and construction
- Document fit standards and procedures for reference and training purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in apparel fit and construction
- Strong knowledge of pattern making, grading, and garment construction
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in fit evaluation software and tools
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for quality and fit
- Experience in the apparel manufacturing industry is preferred
