Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical teams in the planning, design, and implementation of DWDM and FTTx optical network projects
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial assessment to deployment and post-implementation support
- Ensure all network deployments comply with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members
- Monitor network performance and implement optimization strategies to ensure maximum efficiency
- Document all technical specifications, processes, and project outcomes
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in telecommunications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications network deployment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven expertise in DWDM and FTTx technologies and implementation methodologies
- Strong knowledge of optical network architecture, components, and testing procedures
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Huawei, or other major vendor certifications) are highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams
