Are you an expert in retail property management with a passion for excellence? Lippo Malls Indonesia, a leader in the commercial property sector, is seeking a high-performing Senior Tenant Relation Officer to join our team at Pluit Village. In this strategic role, you will act as the primary liaison between mall management and our diverse range of retail tenants.
You will play a critical role in maintaining high occupancy standards and seamless operations. Your focus will be on managing the tenant lifecycle, specifically overseeing complex move-out procedures, unit handovers, and ensuring compliance with lease termination agreements. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and capable of resolving conflicts in a fast-paced retail environment.
At Lippo Malls, we pride ourselves on creating vibrant shopping experiences. As our Senior Tenant Relation Officer, you will contribute directly to the efficiency of Pluit Village, ensuring that every tenant turnover is handled professionally to protect the mall's asset value and reputation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end tenant pull-out process for retail outlets within Pluit Village.
- Execute precise unit inspections and formal handovers during tenant termination or lease expiration.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Technical, Legal) to ensure all documentation and administrative requirements for exit are completed.
- Handle complex tenant inquiries and resolve disputes related to unit conditions and asset reconciliation.
- Monitor and ensure all lease-end obligations are met by tenants per the signed agreements.
- Maintain comprehensive reports on tenant turnover, vacancy trends, and physical unit readiness.
- Collaborate with the Leasing team to facilitate a smooth transition for new incoming tenants.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, or customer service within the retail/mall industry.
- Strong understanding of retail lease agreements and property operational procedures.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and difficult negotiations with professional diplomacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail regarding asset documentation and unit audits.
