Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and management of tourism activities, ensuring smooth execution of itineraries and programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with Civil Service Commission rules, regulations, and local government policies.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders, tour operators, and government entities to develop and promote tourism packages.
- Manage logistics, transportation, and accommodation arrangements for tourists and government delegations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on tourism statistics, operational performance, and budget utilization for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in tourism operations, hospitality management, or a related administrative role.
- Proven experience in managing government or public sector projects is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local dialect.
- Familiarity with the culture, geography, and attractions of the BARMM region.
- Civil Service Eligibility (or willingness to obtain) is required.
