Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze digital dental scans, X-rays, and intraoral photos to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
- Utilize specialized 3D aligner software to map tooth movement and create biomechanically sound treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with orthodontists and clinical directors to refine complex case designs.
- Review and approve treatment plans for quality assurance, ensuring alignment with clinical goals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior treatment planning staff to maintain output quality.
- Communicate effectively with partner clinics to clarify treatment requirements and patient expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in clear aligner technology and digital orthodontics.
- Maintain precise documentation of all treatment progress and design iterations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Dental Technology, Dental Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in dental treatment planning, specifically within the clear aligner or orthodontics sector.
- Proficiency in digital dental software (e.g., 3Shape, Exocad, or proprietary aligner design platforms).
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and orthodontic biomechanics.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work under tight clinical deadlines.
- Strong analytical and spatial visualization skills.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Proven ability to mentor and guide team members in a fast-paced environment.
