Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain high-precision tube laser cutting equipment with optimal efficiency
- Execute welding processes for various metal alloys using advanced techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc)
- Lead fabrication projects from design blueprint to final product assembly
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) to enhance production metrics
- Conduct quality inspections and dimensional verifications using precision tools
- Train and mentor junior technicians on safety protocols and operational best practices
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype new manufacturing solutions
- Maintain detailed production logs and equipment maintenance records
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Technology
- Minimum 5 years experience in tube laser cutting and metal fabrication
- Certified welding qualifications (AWS or equivalent) required
- Expertise in reading technical drawings and CAD/CAM software
- Strong understanding of metallurgy and material science principles
- Proven track record in implementing continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and welding issues
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with technical English proficiency
