Are you a passionate UI/UX Engineer looking to make a significant impact on digital products? Tera Data Indonusa is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Engineer to join our growing technology team in Cakung, Jakarta. In this role, you will bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces for web and mobile applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop and maintain a robust, reusable component library to ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Optimize user experiences for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve interface usability and performance.
- Bridge the gap between design and development by providing clean, efficient code and thorough documentation.
- Mentor junior developers and designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in UI/UX engineering or front-end development.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality digital products with a strong portfolio.
- Deep expertise in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, web standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with state management tools and API integration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
