We are seeking a highly accurate, motivated, and proactive Senior US General Accountant to maintain financial records, optimize accounting processes, and ensure strict compliance with US GAAP standards. You will be responsible for leading the financial reporting function and supporting the month-end close cycle, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all accounts. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure strict adherence to US GAAP accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in US General Accounting or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to problem-solve complex financial issues.
