Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end US payroll processing for construction industry clients
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Conduct regular payroll audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Process and reconcile payroll tax filings and payments
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
- Implement and maintain payroll systems and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve payroll operations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of US payroll processing experience
- Specialized knowledge of construction industry payroll requirements
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems (ADP, Paychex, etc.)
- Strong understanding of US tax laws and payroll regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
