Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough property valuations and market analysis to determine accurate asset values.
- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports and supporting documentation for clients and regulatory bodies.
- Market valuation services and other professional consultancy offerings to potential clients and partners.
- Provide expert advice and consultation on property investment opportunities and market trends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property laws and regulations in Sarawak.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to generate leads and achieve business targets.
- Ensure all valuation processes adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Valuation, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property valuation or real estate consultancy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Valid Real Estate Valuer’s license or relevant professional certification is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and valuation software (e.g., CIMA, etc.) is an advantage.
