Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations: Manage the seamless flow of activities across all luxury villas to ensure a flawless guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, mentor, and supervise villa staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security personnel, to ensure high service standards.
- Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of amenities and consumables to ensure villas are fully equipped while controlling operational costs.
- Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure all facilities, amenities, and grounds are in top condition at all times.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety regulations, and local standards within the villa premises.
- Process Optimization: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Proven experience in a senior management role within luxury hospitality or villa management.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are essential.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of property management systems and hospitality software.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the role.
