In this pivotal role, you will be the creative force behind our in-store shopping experience, translating brand strategy into impactful visual displays that drive customer engagement and maximize sales growth.
As our Senior Visual Merchandiser, you will take ownership of the aesthetic standards across our retail pharmacy network. You will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and procurement teams to develop innovative floor plans and point-of-sale displays that not only elevate our brand identity but also improve product accessibility and inventory movement. The ideal candidate will blend artistic flair with data-driven decision-making to optimize store layouts for peak profitability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising guidelines to maintain brand consistency across all pharmacy outlets.
- Design high-impact window displays and in-store product arrangements that capture consumer attention and increase foot traffic.
- Analyze sales performance data and inventory turnover rates to make informed decisions on product placement and promotional space allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure merchandising standards are met and provide hands-on coaching to store staff regarding display maintenance.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align in-store signage and promotional campaigns with seasonal trends and health initiatives.
- Oversee store layout optimization projects to improve customer flow and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Manage the procurement and distribution of point-of-purchase (POP) materials and fixture enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the retail, pharmacy, or consumer goods sectors.
- Proficiency in visual design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or AutoCAD) is a distinct advantage.
- Deep understanding of retail space planning, consumer behavior, and the psychology of shelf placement.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple store layouts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate visual strategies to cross-functional stakeholders and store management teams.
- A creative mindset coupled with the ability to interpret sales reports to drive commercial success.
