- Manage warehouse stock levels for 20+ retail outlets with 99% inventory accuracy
- Implement timely replenishment strategies to minimize out-of-stock situations
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for efficient goods distribution
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Lead warehouse staff and optimize operational workflows
- Enforce safety and security protocols in compliance with company standards
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in retail/FMCG
- Expertise in inventory control systems and stock optimization
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and compliance
