Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full-cycle onboarding process for new New Zealand-based clients, including system setup and Xero file conversion.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable management, and GST reporting according to NZ IRD standards.
- Configure Xero integrations and third-party apps to optimize client accounting workflows.
- Maintain constant communication with NZ clients to clarify financial data and resolve bookkeeping discrepancies.
- Conduct thorough reviews of existing books to ensure data integrity and tax compliance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine onboarding documentation and improve service delivery efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, specifically with NZ-based clients.
- Current Xero Advisor Certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of New Zealand tax regulations, including GST and PAYE.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting ecosystems and Xero-integrated software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously.
- Strong command of written and spoken English, suitable for professional client-facing communication.
- Must be tech-savvy with a stable home-office setup to support remote operations during NZ business hours.
