As a Senior Specialist, you will take ownership of the Zabbix ecosystem, overseeing everything from initial architecture design to ongoing maintenance and optimization. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement enterprise-grade Zabbix monitoring architectures tailored to complex IT environments.
- Manage the full lifecycle of Zabbix deployments, including upgrades, patches, and configurations.
- Configure advanced triggers, actions, and notifications to ensure proactive incident resolution.
- Integrate Zabbix with various network devices, servers, applications, and cloud services.
- Perform capacity planning and performance tuning to optimize monitoring data processing.
- Conduct regular audits of monitoring data and generate comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior system administrators and IT staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
- In-depth knowledge of Zabbix (versions 4.x and 5.x preferred) and monitoring best practices.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols, Linux/Unix administration, and network infrastructure.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Perl) for automation and data processing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
