Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement end-to-end SEO strategies including technical optimization, content marketing, and link building for real estate platforms
- Manage Google Ads campaigns with focus on lead generation and conversion optimization
- Analyze website performance metrics using Google Analytics and SEO tools to identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis for property-related search terms
- Create data-driven marketing reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Optimize user experience and conversion funnels across digital touchpoints
- Stay updated on SEO algorithm updates and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in SEO and Google Ads with proven results in lead generation
- Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms
- Experience with WordPress CMS and website performance optimization
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and property buyer behavior
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with exceptional communication skills
