Are you a data-driven SEO expert with a passion for both technical architecture and high-quality content strategy? PT Holink Solusi Digital is seeking a highly skilled SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating our digital presence, driving organic traffic, and optimizing our web ecosystem to dominate search engine rankings.
We are looking for a hybrid talent who understands the intricate balance between technical SEO best practices and the art of content marketing. You will work closely with our web development and content teams to ensure that our digital assets are not only search-engine-friendly but also provide an exceptional user experience that drives conversions.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Develop and execute holistic SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, site architecture refinement, and schema markup implementation.
- Oversee the editorial calendar and drive content strategy by performing in-depth keyword research and topic clustering.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on organic search performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Ahrefs/SEMrush.
- Collaborate with web developers to implement technical SEO recommendations and UX improvements.
- Perform regular backlink analysis and competitor research to maintain a competitive advantage in the SERPs.
- Stay abreast of search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to continuously refine our digital tactics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a dedicated SEO role, with a strong portfolio of growth.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO elements: Canonicalization, Hreflang, Core Web Vitals, and XML sitemap optimization.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Expertise in industry-standard SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategic moves.
- Excellent writing and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
