Autokid Truck Solutions is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Admin to support our growing team in Imus City, Cavite. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the smooth coordination of our service department, ensuring that customer service, documentation, and scheduling are handled with the highest level of efficiency.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and ensuring that all service requests are processed accurately and promptly. We are seeking a proactive professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain organized records of our daily operations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and respond to customer service inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Oversee the documentation process for service requests, maintenance logs, and vehicle inspections.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments for trucks and heavy equipment efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service history, client data, and inventory.
  • Liaise between clients and the technical service team to ensure seamless communication.
  • Prepare service reports, invoices, and billing documents for review and submission.
  • Assist in the organization of office supplies and general administrative support tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role (minimum 1-2 years).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Knowledge of basic truck mechanics or fleet management is a plus.
