Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Service Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks of the Service Department
  • Manage and maintain an organized parts inventory system, including ordering, tracking, and documentation
  • Coordinate service requests, schedule appointments, and maintain customer communication
  • Prepare and maintain service records, reports, and documentation
  • Handle inquiries related to service status, parts availability, and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery and parts availability
  • Monitor and report on service department performance metrics
  • Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance service efficiency

Kualifikasi

  • Possess a Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or parts management
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and inventory management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
  • Basic understanding of mechanical or technical components is an advantage
