- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor to create a positive first impression.
- Provide accurate information regarding products or services to meet customer needs effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store or work environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and achieve daily promotional goals.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately and securely.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety guidelines, and service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems or point-of-sale technology.
