Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the automotive service department, ensuring peak efficiency and quality control.
- Drive service department profitability by managing labor hours, parts inventory, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance and ongoing training to mechanics and service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction (CSI) by effectively addressing inquiries, complaints, and service status updates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and automotive industry standards.
- Coordinate with the sales and parts departments to ensure seamless service delivery and supply chain efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an automotive service leadership role or workshop management.
- Deep understanding of automotive mechanical systems, diagnostic tools, and modern service shop software.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in workshop management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
