Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM systems and office software
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor

- Valid work authorization for Indonesia
